A luscious oil that will make any bath into a heavenly sanctuary. With Rosemary, a rich source of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds, which are thought to help boost the immune system and improve blood circulation. Plus sweet orange oil which can help with Anxiety and depression, this bath time treat is ideal to uplift and boost the spirits during the winter months.
We used sweet almond oil as the base, with it's super moisturising qualities and added Jojoba oil which is known to be antibacterial and antioxidant. Your skin will feel nourished long after you have finished bathing.

Rosemary essential oil

A dried rosemary sprig
This recipe is really simple to create and as only a few drops are needed per bath, it will last you all through the winter months!
Firstly, pick your bottle. A recycled, glass bottle is great here and will look lovely by your bathtub. Then, using a funnel, fill 3/4 of the bottle with your sweet almond oil. The remaining 1/4 is then for the Jojoba oil.
Add 10 drops each the rosemary and sweet orange oil and drop in your rosemary sprig. Close the lid and give it a little shake, then you are good to go! Be sure to keep the lid tightly sealed to keep in the wonderful scents when you are not using it.
