We understand that many people have sleep problems, I often struggle with them myself. It can be sometimes difficult to switch off your mind and let go of any worries your holding on to. Yet now, more than ever a good night's sleep is so precious and really important to our health and vitality.
This Lavender and Geranium Serenity body oil is super easy to make and designed to relax the mind, soothe the body and help you to drift off into a deep, rejuvenating sleep.
Lavender essential oil is known to promote relaxation and help with insomnia, anxiety and depression. It is also great to help with nausea and cramps so is a especially wonderful to use around the time of menstruation.
Similarly Geranium essential oil also promotes relaxation, is wonderful at reducing stress and is a calming antidepressant too.
1 250ml bottle with a lid (a pump lid would be great, but not necessary)
250ml of sweet almond carrier oil
10ml each of lavender and geranium essential oil
The process is fairly self explanatory here, simply add all of your oils to the bottle, pop the lid back on and shake well. This would be a great oil to have next to the bed. It can be used all over your body but you can also just massage into the hands or feet before bed to allow the oils to soothe you to sleep.
