In our first issue of the Magazine, we thought it was incredibly important to include a feelings journal. Many will notice that our emotions are all over the show at the moment what with our daily lives turned completely upside down. Our usual routines, diets and social lives have all changed and this can have a big impact on our mental health and emotions. Hormones play a huge part in how we process information and I personally have noticed how easily mine can be effected by even the slightest outside and internal changes. So this diary is great to be able to see certain mental and physical triggers you may encounter in a month and to take a look at what perhaps causes these shifts. Once you can see it written down you can then take action to help keep you in balance. Please note though, this is just to help you understand your emotions, not to judge them. Allow your feelings to come and go and try to witness them without being too hard on yourself. You are doing your best after all.
