This is such an easy breakfast recipe, but one that is really great for kids and adults alike as it is fresh, delicious, fun to eat and fun to create.
It is so easy that I haven't even bothered to create a recipe for it. All you need to do is cut a large banana in half and fill with your chosen yoghurt/ vegan yoghurt. Top with fruit/ nuts/ syrup/ mint, the choice is yours. Then simply devour it. I have opted this Monday morning for caramel greek style yoghurt with blueberries pecans and a sprinkle of fresh mint. But this can be altered depending on your mood. It also makes a great dessert alternative from, obviously the original banana split.
