Good For The Sole DIY Foot Bath and Massage

Ideal for achy and tired feet in need of a bit of TLC, this foot bath and massage can be done by yourself at home with just a few items. Or if you are feeling generous, you can give this relaxing treat to another person too (perfect for those lucky enough to be shacked up with someone else during this lockdown!)

Lemongrass and Peppermint oils are wonderful for aiding circulation and are also antibacterial so great for those who have suffered with symptoms of Athletes foot. Plus they smell amazing and really give your feet a tingly, zingy feeling that last through the day.

You will need:

A large bowl

Warm water

Peppermint essential oil

Lemongrass essential oil

A carrier oil of your choice (We used Sweet Almond)

Fresh mint sprigs

Lemon slices

2 towels

Fluffy socks

A relaxing space where you won't be bothered
